As a rule I am only able to reply to people writing from a company, university, research institution, or other public body, and whose identity I can confirm. I try to read what arrives and answer where I can, but when a great deal comes at once, or when work is busy, I cannot always manage a reply. If you do not hear back, it is not that your message was unwelcome. There are simply times when I am not able to answer.
